    Small Team Essentials Package

    Designed for teams of up to 20 employees.

    Includes:

    • Needs Assessment: An initial consultation to assess core wellness goals and pain points.

    • One-on-One Sessions: Monthly individual sessions for up to 2 leaders, focusing on personal wellness, stress management, and leadership support.

    • Group Accountability Check-Ins: Monthly small group sessions (up to 4 participants) to encourage mutual support, discuss progress, and share strategies.

    • Strategy Report: A customized report with actionable wellness recommendations based on qualitative research.

    Medium Team Growth Package

    Ideal for mid-sized teams (20–50 employees) ready for structured, ongoing wellness support.

    Includes:

    • Comprehensive Needs Assessment: In-depth assessment through surveys and interviews to shape a wellness strategy tailored to the team’s needs.

    • One-on-One Leadership Coaching: Twice-monthly individual sessions for up to 4 leaders, offering tailored strategies for stress management, resilience, and goal setting.

    • Small Group Accountability Sessions: Bi-monthly group sessions (up to 6 participants) to provide peer support, discuss progress, and foster a wellness-focused culture.

About Brianna

Brianna Dance, LICSW, LCSW-C, is the Founder of Power of Care LLC and host of the Power of Care Podcast, dedicated to helping individuals and organizations cultivate resilience, navigate transitions, and foster personal and professional growth.

Having faced her own challenges with identity and belonging, Brianna understands the complexities of personal growth and transformation. She credits faith, mentorship, and creative expression for helping her overcome obstacles and is committed to empowering others to do the same.

With extensive experience in coaching, leadership development, and program design, Brianna works with youth, adults, and organizations to develop strategies that promote growth, well-being, and sustainable success. She partners with leaders across education, business, media, government, and tech, providing tailored guidance to help them achieve their goals and build environments that support thriving individuals and teams.

Through her consulting, coaching, and podcast, Brianna is passionate about helping others unlock their potential, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their personal and professional lives.

In 2016 she founded PowerOfCare while in graduate school at Howard University. It was through her own healing journey and experience with stress as a student that fueled her passion to blog about wellness and self-care. The Power of Care blog evolved to a YouTube Channel and opened up doors for Brianna to speak at schools, churches, government and non profit agencies, and prisons. Brianna received the Graduate Student of the Year and Advocacy Award from the Howard University School of Social Work Student Council Association. Before graduation, she was selected to attend the International Service Learning trip to Cape, Town South Africa where she was able to serve, learn, and interview community leaders . Since its inception, PowerOfCare YouTube channel has had over 19k views where people have been encouraged to heal and take care of themselves. She believes that taking care of our communities well involves taking care of ourselves first.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Communications from Hampton University and Masters of Social Work from Howard University. In her free time she enjoys listening to music, dancing, spending time with loved ones, and trying new things.
